How to prepare for an interview?
Asked by: Job Interview guide 5 views Job interview answers
I have to interview for a section leader position in my band and the problem is I am terrible at interviews. I seem to always freeze under pressure and forget everything that I am going to say. It doesn’t help that I’ve had some personal issues during the season that might make him doubt me as being a good leader and my friend is trying out for the same position and she is super good at interviews. How do you prepare for it? And how would you deal with disappointment if you don’t get the position? Thank you!

Then PREPARE YOURSELF! ... Job Interviews are tricky. They're going to be asking you for specific examples. They're going to be asking you for details, including names of people, dates, and outcomes. They'll ask you about lengthy projects you've been involved in, how your role evolved, how you handled deadlines, how you handled pressures and difficult personalities. They are going to be testing you. Are you ready for their tough questions?
